"I am a Snow Bird from New Mexico. I was having some dental problems and I was lucky enough to find Dr. Karim Morales name on a list of "Approved Provider's " for my Health Plan GEHA (Government Employees Health Assn). I made an appointment and when I went in I was greeted by some really Customer friendly Front Desk Ladies. The Dr's assistant was equally friendly (and attractive), she took xrays . Dr. Morales came in and introduced himself and examined the xrays and my mouth and explained everything he was going to do and (I must have appeared nervous) he patted my arm , smiled and said "Everythings going to be OK, we'll take good care of you". I had to have a tooth filled and a cap replaced. The whole experience was FANTASTIC!! I've had some Dentists in the past that have hurt me and I'm always expecting to come out in pain and have the pain last for a few days. I'm Happy to tell you HONESTLY that I had absolutely NO PAIN!!! NONE!!! NOT EVEN LATER!!! My two visit's to Dr. Morales's office were both PAINLESS and the Dr. and his Staff are People Friendly.
